Organization of a New Year’s corporate party for the road construction company “UPS”

For several years in a row we have been organizing New Year’s corporate parties for the UPS company. Every year it has its own highlight, idea. Depending on the theme of the corporate party, the venue for the celebration is chosen.

In 2018, we brought the “Ampulka” theater, which presented the premiere performance “HOMOSOVETIСUS. American Comedy & Soviet Tragedy” or “HS” based on Viktor Shenderovich’s play “Injured Goldiner”. The performance did not leave any of the UPS employees indifferent. The audience laughed to tears and cried through laughter. Since the performance took place in the theater, the entire solemn part took place in the foyer. We organized live music, a buffet table, photo zones.

The highlight of the corporate party was a unique cake with a sweet road roller, which delighted all the guests of the holiday.

In 2019, we created and implemented the idea of ​​an evening in the theme of the film “Night at the Museum”.

Guests were greeted by hostesses dressed as the main characters from the film. A bright “highlight” for the guests was a photo zone with Augmented Reality (augmented reality), where everyone could take a picture with an animated 3D tiger and dinosaur. It created a real sensation. The program was filled with performances by an amazing magician, an enchanting and emotional violinist, a bright master class from the Snow Maiden and a lot of fun interactive activities with costumes and paraphernalia for all the guests present. Everyone felt like a historical character and managed to get used to the role. All guests were satisfied and left with branded presents and excellent mood.
