Implementation of a brand book for a new residential complex in Lviv
The developer has been on the real estate market for more than 20 years and has 172 completed residential complexes in its portfolio.
Also, they are #1 among private developers of Ukraine, they conduct construction at the expense of their own funds and they have a complete absence of unfinished buildings
The new object is a Club-type building with 17 apartments, with a closed area, a low-rise building with 5 floors, individual parking spaces, as well as a children’s playground on the territory of the building
For our part, we developed a logo and brand book for this project, taking into account all its features, because the logo had to be without reference to Boykivshchyna, as a region of Ukraine, because the building itself is being developed in a modern style.
Media and marketing materials were also supposed to emphasize the exclusivity of the project.
