Task:
									                                Restarting the project. Positioning. Rebranding
Decision:
									                                The task was quite voluminous and consisted of several stages.
A strategic session with the Customer, during which the following were discussed:
- SWOT analysis of the project, in order to identify potential growth points and minimize risks;
 - Analysis of the competitive environment and determination of the competitive policy strategy for our client;
 - Development of UTP;
 - Recommendations for business scaling based on market trends;
 - Development of effective communication channels;
 
Complete visual rebranding of the project after the creation of a brand strategy, formation of the main idea of the brand and the introduction of a semantic load into the image.
The result: a stylish, modern, competitive brand with clear values, benefits and ideology.
